Returns and Exchanges


No cancellations for specialized custom orders, made-to-order, custom order.

Cancellations for ready-to-ship items are allowed if item has not been shipped yet.

Returns and Exchanges

I will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of purchase for consideration of exchange/refund. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of the return unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect. Customer must notify us of any return/exchange/refund inquiry within 14 days of purchase receipt.

The following items are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

  • Items that are customized, other than size and color, that are personalized or inscribed such as, engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, carving/printing, or if the order was made as a specialized custom order
    • Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, Naloha & Co. does not accept returns or exchanges unless the products were damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered
  • If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the customer, Naloha & Co. is not held responsible

Return and Exchange Eligibility

All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity must be returned with the item. Products without all applicable contents are not acceptable for return.

Products being returned due to wanting a different size/color of flower or jewelry chain is only eligible for a one-time exchange for another product of equal or lesser value.

Customized products may only be returned if there was a misspelling or other error in the configuration, inscription, or design that was not the fault of the customer, the item arrives damaged, or the item is materially different than what was ordered.


If item is returned in original condition, there will be a full item refund, however, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value of returned products.

Refunds will be processed when the item has been received from the customer in the condition it was received within the return window time of 30 days from receipt of purchase.
